Blowfish

Blowfish is a sushi and seafood restaurant at the Dolphin Hotel in Blauwberg, Cape Town. Blowfish is located close to the beach and has a wonderful view out over the Atlantic Ocean back towards Cape Town and Table Mountain.

There is a large variety of seafood on offer at the "fish counter" - depending on availability you will find fish like Angelfish, Marlin, Tuna, Calamari, Cape Salmon, Dorado, Cob, Red Roman, Yellow Tail, Stump Nose and more.

The idea is that diners head over to the fish counter where the fishmongers offer advice on taste and texture and then make a cut of your choice. The meal is then priced on the weight of the cut. Seafood at Blowfish is grilled and comes with a choice of fries, rice or stir fried vegetables. There are also a number of sauces on offer.

There is also a good sushi bar that produces a variety of sushi depending on the availability of ingredients. The sushi is of good quality and has average pricing..
