Classes are generally 1 hour once a week.
Workshops are generally 2 to 4 hours on a Sunday.

If you are looking for a fun and exciting way to liven up your week, these dance classes are the way to go. The teachers are exceedingly patient, while having great dance skills themselves. Dance classes vary in intensity and skill levels, appropriate for any level of fitness or training.

The dance studio is wonderful and beautifully finished.

Tips

If you go to the Pole Dancing class wear long pants that you can still move easily in. Pole rash is severely uncomfortable. Also, don't forget to bring a sweat towel and water, dance classes are a definite work-out.
