Stadium on Main includes a bowling alley on the bottom floor. This is a fun, social and inexpensive activity that everyone can take part in. It is therefore popular for groups of friends and for corporate activities. Bowling balls and shoes are available and included in the low price.
There are about 10 alleys each of which can accommodate several players. There is electronic scoring and everything is fully automated. In general everything works well, although there are the occasional bugs in the system - nothing serious.
There is a bar and restaurant area from which snacks, meals and drinks can be purchases. These are generally the unhealthy pizza/chips options that are popular for corporate get togethers.
- Try to phone ahead in order to book a lane and avoid disappointment.
- If you don't want to eat at the bowling alley there are plenty of places available in Cavendish across the road.

- The bowling alley is on the bottom floor of Stadium on Main in Claremont
- Get onto Main Road and head away from Cape Town
- Stadium on Main is a large white centre across the road from Edgars and very close to Cavendish
- There is lots of parking available - turn left towards the parking area which is signposted
- The bowling alley is on the very bottom of the centre. Get into the stairwells and keep going down
