We all know how tough it is to be a teenager, especially if you’re a girl. Despite what your parents and teachers might say, the way you look is everything. From the clothes you wear to the way you walk, and who you hang out with.

Adventure Boot Camp’s Teen Edition recognises how important it is to look good and feel great. That’s why they’ve designed a super cool outdoor fitness programme especially for girls between the ages of 13 and 19 at Rhenish Girls High School in Stellenbosch. Now girls have the chance to hang out after school in a safe and friendly environment, while getting fit and having fun.

With each class lasting one hour, you have the space to be yourself, make new friends, catch up with old ones and get in shape at the same time! Best of all you don’t even have to be fit as we make sure exercises cater for girls of all fitness levels!

Parents in surrounding areas like Bellville, Durbanville and Somerset West, needn’t worry about fetching their teens after camp as the Rhenish bus service leaves promptly at 17h10. Girls must just find their own way to Rhenish before the start of camp.
