The Simonsig Wine Estate in the foothills of the Simonsberg mountains outside Stellenbosch was established in 1688 and has remarkably been in family hands since then. The farm produces a number of good wines and is open for tastings and cellar tours from Monday to Saturday.

  • Simonsig is located northwest of Stellenbosch, on the Kromme Rhee Road between the R44 and the R304
  • Take Exit 39 off the N1
