Scratch Patch

Scratch Patch is a unique visit beloved to many a child. An open floor is literally covered in polished gemstones through which children (or adults) can "scratch" and collect those that they want to purchase. The bags are surprisingly inexpensive making this a fun trip for all.

The stones on offer are listed as: "mostly popular Southern African stones such as Tiger's Eye, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Jasper, Agates and Crystals. If you're lucky, you might find virtually anything including Lapis Lazuli, Blue Lace Agate and some really exotic stones!"
