With the Twelve Apostles as a backdrop and the cool Atlantic stretching into the horizon, Camps Bay is the perfect setting for Pepper Club on the Beach, the latest addition to the exclusive stable of bars and restaurants that continues to attract the city’s stylish and glamorous crowds.

One of the best gems of Camps Bay is Sinful Ice-cream Emporium, hidden in the promenade building behind the main beach. Flavours range from traditional to ‘Out of Africa’ (koeksisters and amarula) to ‘White chocolate and poppy seed’. Sinful's ice-cream is rates as among the best in Cape Town so it's a worth while stop if you're in Camps Bay.

The Bayside Café is a seafood and grill restaurant located on the Camps Bay beachfront. The Bayside is popular for breakfast, especially the pavement tables. Light lunches are also on offer with a large menu available for evening diners.

Col'Cacchio is a popular Italian restaurant chain with several branches in Cape Town, but surely none so beautifully situated as the Camps Bay branch. Located on the beachfront road in Camps Bay, Col'Cacchio offers views of the ocean, mountains, and the palm studded beach.

AWOL (Anton's Workout Outdoor Lifestyle) is an intense outdoor cardio exercise class run by (predictably) Anton Slabbert who has 11 years experience as a personal trainer. Starting from the local high school in Camps Bay each class sees exercisers running off in different directions for a unique workout class. Examples of the kinds of lessons that can be expected:

Sandbar is a small restaurant on the beachfront road in Camps Bay. It is open throughout the day and is popular with beach goers (Camps Bay beach is a stones throw away) in need of a meal and/or cocktail.

Dizzy's is a restaurant and bar specializing in pizza, seafood and karaoke! The restaurant itself serves pizza, seafood and sushi with the pizza oven famously staying operational late into the night.

The Codfather is a seafood and sushi restaurant in Camps Bay. The restaurant is fairly large and many of the tables alongside the windows have good views of the ocean over Camps Bay beach.

Wang Thai is a chain of Thai restaurants in Cape Town. Wang Thai is the sister chain to Simply Asia and is the more upmarket restaurant. There is a large menu offering a variety of Thai dishes including soups, salads, curries and various rice and noodle dishes. Sushi is also on the menu.

Café Caprice is one of the most popular spots on the Camps Bay beachfront, attracting the trendy crowds. It is a restaurant with a surprisingly good menu, but seems to come into it's own as a bar/club. There are two bar areas and the DJ works to get a party atmosphere going.

Karma is a beach lounge bar in Camps Bay. Located just across the road from the beach, Karma offers cocktails, drinks and the sofas overlooking the beach. Sunset views are available in the early evenings.

Camps Bay Beach is a broad and long, sandy beach easily accessed from the road. It is lined with palm trees, has a grassy area, and is close to a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. From the beach you can look out into the freezing waters of the Atlantic or up onto the slopes of Table Mountain and Lions Head.

Summerville is an up-market restaurant in the Camps Bay Promenade. With deck tables sporting amazing views of the setting sun, Summerville is a popular destination for sundowners and meals in summer. There is also a large inside section which has a contemporary feel.

Baraza is a cocktail bar on the Camps Bay Promenade and overlooking the Camps Bay beach. The bar has an African theme exemplified by the décor and music. In fact Baraza apparently means "meeting place" in Swahili.

Tuscany Beach is a restaurant on the beachfront in Camps Bay. The restaurant has a large menu and caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. There is a very large menu serving a wide variety of foods. This restaurant is popular because of it's excellent location on the beachfront in Camps Bay.
