Gun Run Half Marathon

The annual Gun Run is perhaps Cape Town's best known half-marathon (competing with the Two Oceans Half). The route starts and ends at Hamiltons Rugby Club in Moullie Point. Runners pass through the V&A Waterfront, the CBD, past parliament, Green Point and along the promenade.

The Showroom is a chic and fairly expensive restaurant in Green Point. The open plan and white interior restaurant adjoining the well known Bloomsbury motors showroom is very popular due to the high quality food and server. However, expect to pay a fairly high price this good meal out.
