Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor exercise programme for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. The programme runs in the summer and winter months and offers fitness instruction, nutritional counselling and motivational training with the adventure of it being in nature. Ladies also have access to online advice from a professional dietician. Classes combine short distance, running, rope skipping, abs, core training, pilates, obstacle courses, circuit training, weights, mat work, games, hiking and much more.
